Rachel Sweeten, Austin hair Salon Administrator
A local native of Austin, a rarity as some would call it, and our beloved Salon Manager. Rachel has been with Janet and Beth since April of 2016. She has been serving others in the hospitality industry since she was sixteen, after graduating high school at fourteen and attending Austin Community College for a few years.
 
As the Salon Manager, Rachel is responsible for managing the front desk, overall daily salon operations, client care. She guides the staff and stylists on a daily basis to ensure we remain focused on our clients and provide excellent service.

Rachel dedicates her focus and talents on a management career in the Salon industry. She has attended advanced training in New York City for management in the beauty industry and works closely with a certified High-Performance Coach from Brendon Burchard’s High-Performance Coaching Program. Rachel worked closely with Janet on the expansion of the salon into its current downtown location, including ordering equipment, project managing the move, establishing new systems and ensuring the client experience remained exceptional. She will continue to play a critical role in the salon’s growth and experience.
