The Austin American Statesman helped publicize the October charity event, Bring A Friend / Heal A Friend, by including an announcement on Statesman Online Calendar. Bring A Friend/Heal A Friend raised funds for the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Central Texas. Janet St. Paul and co-host Karen Powanda donated 15% of their service fees each day to BCRC, as well as encouraged clients to donate, all while providing a wonderful day of beauty and style.
