Olesia Solsma

Olesia earned her Master’s degree in Business Translation and Interpretation from Alfred Nobel University in Dnipro, Ukraine, before pursuing her dream of hairstyling in 2016. She began her journey in Ukraine by training under highly regarded stylists with over three decades of experience and European championship accolades. This strong foundation in precision techniques and creative styling set the stage for her flourishing career.

Olesia has honed her skills through extensive education and certifications, including advanced courses with The CUT Academy and L’Oreal Pro Stylists in Ukraine, as well as certifications from leading global brands such as L’Oreal, Cezanne, Lasio, Milbon, and PHYTO. Her commitment to lifelong learning keeps her at the forefront of industry trends and techniques.

Drawing inspiration from European chic aesthetics and her travels to over 30 countries, she blends global influences with her dedication to creating unique looks tailored to each client.

Outside of work, Olesia resides in Austin with her husband, John, and their two children, Veronika and Leo. Traveling and spending quality time with family are central to her life and a source of inspiration for her work.
