We were thrilled when Flower Child from Fox Restaurant concepts decided to open its second location in Austin just across the street from the salon! This health-focused restaurant is known for its salads, gluten-free mac and cheese, flavored teas and lemonades and quality of ingredients.
The restaurant is committed to working with ranchers who respect, protect and love their animals with responsibly-sourced ingredients that revitalize your body, mind, and soul. We love their claim to “happiness-prioritized” dining and nutritional fare you’ll crave. We agree, as the Janet St. Paul Studio for Hair and Beauty team keeps going back for more. We love that we can now offer our clients a midday option during or following their appointments at the salon.
Menu Favorites
With lots of Gluten-Free and Vegan options on the menu, our favorites include the Mediterranean Quinoa Salad, Spicy Japanese Eggplant Side with Thai basil and cashew, and the Indian Spiced Cauliflower with turmeric, dates and almonds. We haven’t yet tried their desserts, but for our Spring Skincare and Beauty Event they are bringing over a dessert tray for our guests and raffling a pair of $25 gift cards to attendees.
